In advance of the March 8, 2021 Global Women in Data Science (WiDS) Conference, we invite you to build a team, hone your data science skills, and join us in a predictive analytics challenge focused on social impact.
Welcome to Women in Data Science(WiDS) – Datathon organized by Prince Sultan University(PSU) in collaboration with Stanford University. I would like to thank you for your interest. There are 30 participants divided into 8 groups. The participants are from different nationalities. The Datathon starts in January and ends in February. The “winner” team will be announced on the day of the forum: March 8th. The datathon consists of creating “creating models to classify whether patients have been diagnosed with a certain type of diabetes which could inform treatment in the ICU”. The datathon will be live on Kaggle, virtual event, and suitable for beginners through experts.It will be mentored by Ms. Erum (Erum Afzal).
