About the Hackathon

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics (AIDA) Lab at Prince Sultan University, in collaboration with MemryX, invites undergraduate and graduate students to build real, working computer vision solutions for construction, security, retail, or traffic management using advanced Edge AI hardware/software from MemryX.

  • Create and demo your solution to a panel of academic and industry judges.
  • Tell your impact story—metrics, feasibility, and societal value.
  • Compete for cash prizes and an internship opportunity.

Who Should Join

Undergraduate and graduate students interested in AI and computer vision. Teams of 3 members (formed before or during the hackathon).

  • 1st Place: 20,000 SAR + Internship Opportunity*
  • 2nd Place: 12,500 SAR
  • 3rd Place: 7,500 SAR
  • Innovation Award: 5,000 SAR

*Internship with MemryX (on-site) with world-class engineers in Saudi Arabia or the United States.
